# Disclaimer

This Disclaimer applies to the Money Transfer System (the "Service"). By using the Service you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- **No Financial Institution.** The Provider is not a bank, remittance company, or regulated financial institution unless otherwise disclosed. The Service provides rate quotes and transaction recording functions; it does not itself settle funds unless integrated with a licensed payment/FX/rail provider that you explicitly enable.

- **Quotes vs Settlement.** Exchange rates, destination amounts, fees, or quotes shown by the Service are indicative. Final settlement amounts and the availability of funds are subject to the status, rates, fees, and procedures of the payment rails, FX providers, or banks that perform the actual transfer. The Provider does not guarantee final settlement amounts.

- **Accuracy and Availability.** The Service strives to provide accurate information and live FX rates where available. Rate sources may be unavailable or delayed; fallback or estimated rates may be used. The Provider is not responsible for losses or damages from inaccuracies, interruptions, or delays in third-party rate sources.

- **No Financial Advice.** Nothing in the Service or in communications from the Provider constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional for such advice.

- **User Responsibility.** You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and lawful sender and receiver details. The Provider is not liable for funds sent to incorrect or fraudulent recipient accounts when caused by inaccurate information you supply.

- **Compliance and KYC.** You must comply with applicable laws and sanctions. The Provider may require identity verification (KYC) and may refuse service or limit functionality where legally required.

- **Limitation of Liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to exchange rate fluctuations, payment failures, or third-party actions.

- **Changes.** The Provider may update this Disclaimer; material changes will be posted to the Service.
